Recognized as a Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Star, Tucker focuses on plaintiff’s commercial litigation, including construction defect, engineering malpractice, subdivision planning class actions, personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, and insurance coverage disputes. Tucker has tried cases before juries in both state and federal court in Montana and has successfully handled appeals to both the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
 
A native of Montana, Tucker attended the University of Montana for both undergraduate and post-graduate studies, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree in 2011. Tucker is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Montana as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
 
In service to the community and the practice of law, Tucker is a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference and Montana’s State Bar Representative to the American Bar Association.  He also serves on the State Bar of Montana’s Continuing Legal Education Institute and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.  The Fellows comprise a global honorary society of lawyers, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society.
 
Outside of work Tucker enjoys spending time with his wife and three children exploring their home state, skiing in the winter and camping, fishing, and hiking in the summer.
